- The distance between the inside to inside of the axle plates is 9-5/16"
- DIY hardtailing is easy to install as the alignment is accomplished in the mount design provided
- Welding should be performed by a skilled welding technician
- Custom application on 1973-1978 XL
- The width of the tail section should be exactly 9-1/8", due to the welding process this may vary slightly and builder will need to modify accordingly
