This bar is for use on 1999-2008 Touring models when turn signals have been relocated to the saddlebag rails
The blinker bar eliminator will work alone to fill unsightly holes in fender left behind after turn signal bar removal or in conjunction with stock license plate mount (OEM 60089-05, 60090-05, 67845-05... requires all) and stock license plate light (OEM 69353) (these OEM parts are stock on some H-D models)
