Pedders joue un rôle prépondérant dans l'industrie australienne du marché secondaire de l'automobile depuis 1950. À l'été 2006, Pedders USA est devenu une réalité en vendant des pièces spécialisées aux grossistes automobiles et aux ateliers spécialisés à travers les États-Unis. En 2010, Pedders USA avait établi des partenariats industriels avec GM, Lingenfelter, Richard Petty et Saleen. Pedders a été présenté à la télévision avec West Coast Customs et dans des magazines tels que Supercar Builder. Pour chaque nouveau châssis, Pedders USA développe une solution de suspension intégrée et conçue sur mesure. Il n'existe pas de formule fixe. Ce n'est pas une science exacte. Nos équipes identifient les faiblesses de la suspension d'origine et développent des composants Pedders pour les corriger. Nous pensons comme des ingénieurs d'équipement d'origine, mais sans l'interférence des départements des ventes, du marketing et de la finance. Nous fabriquons nos pièces Pedders pour répondre aux besoins des passionnés d'automobile et proposons une gamme complète de composants de suspension pour la plupart des véhicules circulant sur les routes du monde aujourd'hui, de AMC à Wolseley, et presque tout ce qu'il y a entre les deux. Nous avons commencé aux États-Unis avec la GTO wide-body la plus rapide sur circuit routier. Ensuite, la Chrysler 300C la plus rapide. Puis la G8 et la Camaro de 5e génération de Pedders USA. Lorsque nous sommes passés à Ford, les résultats avec la Saleen Mustang ont été les mêmes. Nos « supercars » sont des véhicules de développement ayant un objectif précis. Nous améliorons tout afin de nous assurer que nous effectuons des tests aux niveaux de performance, ou au-dessus, que nos clients atteindront. Nous documentons chaque étape de notre développement sur des forums de passionnés afin qu'ils puissent bénéficier de notre travail acharné. La qualité de conduite est subjective. Nos voitures de test servent de véhicules quotidiens. Comme nous effectuons notre travail de R&D en Australie et aux États-Unis, l'objectif est d'atteindre un « toucher Pedders » : l'équilibre idéal entre confort et maniabilité performante. Pedders USA ne construit pas de pièces pour les voitures de course. Nous fabriquons des pièces pour le conducteur passionné qui se trouvent être extrêmement performantes sur circuit. Un véhicule entièrement « Pedderisé » donne l'impression d'être un hot rod de série. C'est silencieux. C'est confortable. Ça tient la route.
