Vervangt de originele uitlaat-up-pipes (van uitlaatspruitstuk naar turbo), die door slijtage vaak gaan lekken. De BD up-pipes zijn ontworpen om de weerstand naar de turbo te minimaliseren met behulp van intern afgeschermde expansiebalgen. De turbo Y-adapter is gemaakt van ductiel gietijzer met een hoog siliciumgehalte. De BD up-pipes vormen een duurzame vervanging met een langere levensduur voor dit veelvoorkomende PowerStroke-probleem en zijn ideaal als upgrade tijdens andere motor- of transmissiereparaties.
